Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at mariposasgem@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll happily send a replacement if your request is approved
